Can I update my phone number, email ID or device if my card is not active?

You can. But the process depends on your ability to access the Fi app!

If you currently have access to the Fi app:

Please activate your card and set your ATM Card PIN before changing your device or updating your phone number/ email ID.

If you are logged out or can't access the Fi app:

Place a call to our banking partner's self-help line. You can reach Federal Bank's IVR at 0484-2866700.
